We fund the manufacturing of the lodge
We cover the cost of manufacturing the lodge, providing a turnkey solution to bring an accomodation project to life on your land. Benefit from our financial support to create a sustainable and innovative accomodation as well as new regular incomes.

We’re looking for destinations located within two hours of a major city, perfect for a quick getaway. These locations should be easily accessible, offering a refreshing break without long travel times, ensuring a short yet enriching stay.

Our travellers are looking for people who know truly know their home region and so do we. We bring you the pratical solution to accomodate people but you are the only one who can share your knowledge and passions about where you live.

We are looking for unspoiled natural locations with breathtaking views, free from visual and noise pollution. These places offer a true escape, allowing travelers to immerse themselves in a serene and authentic landscape, far from the distractions and noise of everyday life.
How the partnership works
Funding and installation
Pépiite fully finances and manages the construction and setup of the lodge, which remains our property. You just need to be ready for delivery—we’ll coordinate with you to make sure everything is set for the big day.
Marketing and promotion
We take care of promoting your destination across our website, booking platforms, and social media. From targeted ads to custom marketing materials, we ensure maximum visibility.
Booking and guest management
Pépiite handles all guest communications before and after their stay, making the process seamless for you.
Maintenance and insurance
We cover all major technical maintenance, from routine upkeep to emergency repairs, and provide insurance for the lodge. You’ll only need to take care of minor tasks, like outdoor furniture upkeep and small repairs.
On-site opérations
Your role is to welcome guests and manage day-to-day logistics, including cleaning and laundry.
Extra services
Want to offer more? Pépiite helps you develop additional experiences—breakfast, drinks, farm activities, and more. You take care of preparing and delivering these special touches on-site.
